Great e-bike. I'm new to them and had no problem with assembly or use. As an older adult I use it mainly for leisurely rides not mountain biking, lol. So far so good. As a new older user, take your time getting used to it.
I received my bike but there are some issues.
1. The front wheel is flat, try with the pump to put some air in to see if it works, but the tube inside is damaged.
2. The bike KickStand nuts were missing when I opened the box to put the bike together and there were no nuts anywhere.
The bike is great but, I cannot use the bike because of the issues.
I'm Not blaming the company for the wheel because it could be that it was not properly cared for when it was mailed.
Hopefully, they send the item needed to complete the bike assembly.
Riding postuon is too cramped, there is no place to install a basket. Everything else is satisfying.

I recently purchased two QNUT Victor Electric Mountain Bike, one black and one white. and I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall performance, build quality, and value this e-bike offers. From the moment I unboxed it, I could tell that this was a well-engineered machine designed for both functionality and fun.
We bought 2 of these e-bikes and have had them for 2 years now and they work just as good as the day we bought them. We do store them in our garage so I'd hope they'd still last many more years. We use they around 2x a week in the late spring and summer. They do go up to the 20 mph speed that is advertised and also seem to hold a battery for a long time. The gears are changeable on the handle so you can have as much or as little resistance peddling as you want. My only complaint is the seats are pretty narrow and are very uncomfortable for even me and my partner and we're both average size and weight people. I'd advise buying a padded seat cover for them so you can have them ready for when the bikes delivered. I bought mine on other platforms. I think it's was close to the same price $$ as the one they sell here on the site.
I bought this used from a friend when it was only a few months old. I've enjoyed every moment on it. I love that it has 3 modes: Throttle, pedal-only, & a combo of these two.
The customer support has been excellent as well :).
I don't have the bike but my friend dose and I often ride with him am thinking about getting it, when ever I ride it I can feel the quality is really good for its price but don't try to wheelie it will not even pop up but it's great for riding around and having fun am only 11 so am not a aggressive rider but love to go fast it says it goes 21 mph but I think that's a bit off but none the less it's so fun to ride on uphills it's just fine on one of the steepest up hills in on the trail it went 7 mph not the best but for the price it's a amazing deal.
I bought this bike for my 17 year old son to get to school with. WOW! I am very impressed with the quality of this bike and my son was thrilled. He keeps it in his room and he loves it. Best bike ever for the money. I am buying the white one next year as I believe this is an incredible value and the best fun money I will ever spend!
Great bike overall, easy to assemble and solid construction, will have to see how battery does over time, very pleased so far
6 foot male the bike seems a bit on the small side even compared to cheaper city bikes. Great riding position though and adjustments.
20 miles into riding across 2 days the tire punctured(yes I did inflate to proper psi). Kinda sad if a kid gets this and has to buy a tube the same day…seems pretty common. Although, it could be because of inventory holds and shipping...
I will say the thing I have to replace first is the seat. I am sore from riding it around the block (comparatively most other adult bikes, within comparable price range, have a way better seat). Another negative but again for the price not horrible maybe bad design but not bad build.
During ride experience on the road be careful the back may skid out. The bike so far seems better on soil(mountain bike??).
Overall great build on the actual bike and is very user friendly. Decent warranty and great price.
This was one of my best buys!! Now I'm getting all of the accessories (turn signals , headlight, fenders, etc
Received the box and without too many complications was able to put the bike together. Already enjoying it. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good ebike. It has all I need and have the feeling it is going to last for quite some time. Thank you

I've had the bike for almost 5 months and love it...it is great. But I am having trouble with changing the brake pads. There are two little red brake pad holders (or the pads themselves) and I can't get them out. I wrote to Totem and they sent me links to videos that have nothing to do with the bike they sold me. Do you know how to remove them? It looks like they should pivot right out. Any help would be appreciated.
Could not be more pleased with our Totem Victor bikes - yes, you heard that right. My wife and I each bought a Totem Victor bike. Hers is white and mine is black. right out of the box we could tell these were very high-quality bikes. I was able to assemble them very easily, and we were riding both bikes within a hour or so. The battery assist on the peddling was incredible. We are super happy with our bikes. We are looking forward to many fun and healthy adventures thanks to Totem.
Customer service was excellent. Had to call on a couple of issues with install, and had prompt return phone calls that answered each question in full. The manuals for install had some minor issues, but it was fairly easy to get solutions to the problems. Overall, a good purchase. The bicycle itself seems well made and was surprised at how well the battery integration worked.
Got it all put together and charged up. Works pretty darn good. Haven't road abike in 50 years. Been riding my harleys for the last 50 Figured I'm old, I need exercise. I did change that seat. We'll see how she holds up.i pedal assistant 2 and 3 I get about 20 miles.
